提純用的沼氣,來源廣泛,主要來源于有機廢棄物厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)生的沼氣和垃圾填埋場產(chǎn)生的填埋氣。沼氣經(jīng)過脫水、除塵和脫硫后,通過物理或化學(xué)方法有效地去除沼氣中的CO2,使得沼氣中甲烷的含量提高到95%以上,熱值和雜質(zhì)氣體組分品質(zhì)符合天然氣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和車用壓縮天然氣的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。提純后的天然氣可用于車用燃氣、工業(yè)燃氣或城鎮(zhèn)燃氣等。
The biogas used for purification comes from a wide range of sources, mainly from the anaerobic fermentation of organic waste and landfill gas produced in landfills. After dehydration, dust removal, and desulfurization, biogas effectively removes CO2 from biogas through physical or chemical methods, increasing the methane content in biogas to over 95%. The calorific value and impurity gas component quality meet the standards of natural gas and compressed natural gas for vehicles. Purified natural gas can be used as automotive gas, industrial gas, or urban gas, etc.
進行沼氣純化的方法有很多,主要有包括高壓水洗、變壓吸附(PSA)、物理化學(xué)吸附以及膜提純等幾種。提純過程根據(jù)提純的方法各有不同,但目的都是為了去除二氧化碳,硫化氫,水蒸氣等氣體,使沼氣中的甲烷含量升高,提高燃燒效率并減少污染。
There are many methods for purifying biogas, including high-pressure water washing, pressure swing adsorption (PSA), physical and chemical adsorption, and membrane purification. The purification process varies depending on the purification method, but the purpose is to remove gases such as carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, and water vapor, increase the methane content in biogas, improve combustion efficiency, and reduce pollution.
這些方法中,有些其技術(shù)和設(shè)備的成熟度高,在沼氣提純市場占據(jù)主要份額,如高壓水洗法,PSA法以及物理化學(xué)吸附法。同時,由于新材料的研究與應(yīng)用,使得膜分離技術(shù)也成為沼氣提純中的一種新興和熱門的方法,是沼氣提純技術(shù)中的一個重要發(fā)展方向。之后的幾期,我們會依次對這幾種提純的方法進行介紹并對比它們的特點,敬請期待喲。
